Gym Day 4
Weight: 75.15 kg Finally have a little leeway in my schedule for the next two weeks. Need to look up a program (crossfit too hard) to tone up. Did some weights and played racquetball with wifey.
Gym - Day 3
Weight: 74.85 kg Did some basic upper body weights and ran for a little. Light workout.
Gym - Day 2
Weight: 75.5 kg Worked all day yesterday and today, so I needed to get out. Gave Crossfit a try today, and I did what I could. My adopted routine: 10 (attempted) handstand pushups 30 (assisted) pullups 50 kettlebell swings (11.25 kg) 30 front/side crunches 70 burpees
Gym: Day 1
Weight: 75.1 kg First day at the gym. Just came for a bath, but might as well stretch and do some light free weights. Maybe some basic capoeira moves too. Here we go…online accountability!
